Beyond L3 is an interactive workshop for senior corporate executives to help them continue to develop and expand on their own unique style of intentional leadership. This all-inclusive program invites L3 alumni to plan the next steps for both themselves as leaders and their companies, with a focus on planning for succession in the business, and honing the individual's role as a Teacher. Graduates of Beyond L3 will find themselves better prepared to use their Leadership Agenda as an intentional tool for shaping their legacy within their company.
