in becoming a mentor and leader. Fostering growth in my colleagues careersas well as helping to develop
a positive environment where peers and colleagues feel theircontribution is valued does
more for an organization than any "corporate goals" poster. Balaji illustrates
the true value in Leadership, Leverage and Legacy and how we can each have a
lasting impact.
