L3 Comments: I attended the L3 Workshop in
May 2008 in Stevenson, WA at Skamania Lodge. What a great atmosphere to
learn, listen and share. I was impressed with the
classroom style, participation activities and the extracurricular
assignments. Most importantly, I walked
away from the training knowing exactly what type of leader I have become...I
found the leader within me. I have since shared my
leadership agenda with those that work for me and with my peers. I have been able to share
with interviewers a description of how I lead. It has made a
difference.
I am thankful for the opportunity to attend the workshop and have found
it to be most beneficial in my work environment and to my career.
L3 Comments: Balaji provided a terrific mix of personal and professional insights. I came away with a deeper understanding of my leadership style, a sharper focus on what I needed to improve, and an appreciation of how that would help me accomplish more.

L3 Comments: L3 has help me to define and implement a clear leadershipstyle that I will use for the
rest of my life. The many exercises and
interactions with my fellow students during the course taught me many lessons
about successful leadership and the difference between management and
leadership. I highly recommend the course
to all who want to understand and define their own leadership style.
L3 Comments: L-cubed was a formative opportunity that provided a
framework and environment to develop my personal leadership style and agenda.
It provided access to the executives of our company in a format that
encouraged personal and open discussions of leadership, strategy, and
culture. It encouraged intellectual honesty and transparency built into a
corporate governance based on principles of responsibility, ethics, and
stewardship. This experience motivated me to participate in less certain but
more strategic roles in the company. I also became more aware of my ability to
positively influence the companies culture while developing my own style.
Ultimately L-cubed was a stairway for me to consciously progress to the next
level of management and leadership.
L3 Comments: Excellent Stuff!!! Prepared me to handle real life management situations in corporate world. I was really impressed by the structure, curriculum and content of the program. I have attended other management programs, but L3 was different and took me deep into real life corporate issues with real life practitioners. It was worth every second and cent!!!
