L3 Comments: L3helped me recognize my leadership style and supported me in
defining (still ongoing) my agenda on what I want to accomplish for FEIs and my
success! My objectives were very clear from the onset; I wanted to learn how to
adjust my style of leadership to work outside of my direct influence. Directly I
am very effective. The issue is improving my indirect management skills. This
program helped define and understand my current management style, but did not
directly show me how to adjust my style. I believe the method used in this
training program is much more effective by creating an awareness of my style and
purpose. Knowing this (of which I did not know fully prior) will give me the
understanding of how to work with others to achieve a desired result.
