L3 Comments: The three day workshop was all of three days from the moment I
arrived. Materials and conversations were tailored into helping me understand my
current leadership style then with the Knowledge I gained over the three days,
shaped the way I evaluated situations and modified my leadership point of view
to be more Knowledgeable, productive, open minded approach to handling my
responsibilities. Additionally it was a great environment to evaluate your
business with the many business models developed by Balaji in his past
experiences in CEO roles to hit the point home. Highly recommend.

L3 Comments: My experience in the L3 program was one of the most positive in
my business life. While intense and demanding,
the number of personal "breakthroughs" were well worth the work.I gained a clarity and
inspiration of my leadership agenda that I carry with me daily.I can't think of a more
valuable experience for any business leader wanting to realize his or her full
potential.
L3 Comments: I found the L3 course very helpful in understanding how I could
impact the direction of the engineering organization I am responsible for.
Through the exercises in the course, I was able to determine how to best use my
personal
attributes to carry out the company mission through positive motivation of those I am able to
influence
while maintaining the utmost integrity. I would recommend the course
to any manager, especially one faced with difficult regional or financial
business circumstances.
